Dani Quinn is an artist; hypnobirthing antenatal educator; mother and aspiring curator.
Dani studied BA Fine Art at Northumbria University in Newcastle graduating in 2009 before moving to Manchester.
Dani's art practice centers around ideas of the abject; womens restriction within society; and of sexual identity.
These works are produced in a number of different diciplines including paint, sculpture and film.
After a positive birthing experience with her youngest daughter in 2010 Dani became a Hypnobirthing practitioner and avid supporter of empowering women in pregnancy and birth.
During her time as a Hypnobirthing practitioner Dani has been involved in a collaborative design team for Hypnobirthing America.
This experience continues to feed into her art and practice.
Dani has co curated a number of exhibitions including Project Space at Gallery North in Newcastle as well as being involved in a number of freelance art and craft projects in Manchester.
